The rooms are clean. The staff does well with the residents. The food is usually on time, they keep track of dislikes and taste good. Rehab is set for each resident's needs
Almost everything. The activities director is a problem. He puts up calendars in rooms and in the lobby. Then when visitors make sure they are there for the actives, it happened previously. Once he knows about the problem, he doesn't fix it. He turns on music at lunch, when he is there, so it is hard to speak to the residents. He also is on his laptop when he should be watching residents. The Valentine's day bags had christmas candy in them. Candy Canes and foil Santas.
Also the bathrooms need to have handicap fixtures people are using wheelchairs and walkers with regular vanities and comodos. The rooms got a new light fixture, but the rooms needs more light. The cost went up $60 a day. I would like to see changes. Feel free to call me.
Very caring staff. They always listen to what we are concerned about and bend over backwards to help. It's been a great week. I am impressed so far. I'm sure it will continue to be a great experience.
