I love the Sauna, and elliptical and the members are so friendly. I love walking around the track with my headphones in. They have tables and chairs around the lobby where you can eat your food or talk to friends. Sometimes, they have the commercial coffee pot available, catering to your needs so that you can enjoy tea or coffee while entertaining your friends. Also, all of their employees are very helpful and friendly.
