I very much enjoyed working out at the DAC. Great people with great positive attitudes. I love being able to have a locker and not have to bring clothes and towels every time I go to the gym.

Living downtown the location for me is perfect! And, I LOVE Tracy and Amy! They are both amazing. I work out with Amy every Monday and she has helped me so much! The Club is always clean and a very comfortable place to come workout.

The most important thing you could do to improve the experience of your main demographic (young associates at Stephens) is to open earlier on weekdays, even if it’s only during earnings season. The current hours make it impossible to get a workout in most mornings during earnings. Just 30 mins earlier start would be a tremendous value add. In the same vein, I would love the ability to get a workout in on Sunday (even if it’s just a 3-4 window like 10am-2pm). But I know that’s a bigger ask. In terms of staff, the staff at the DAC are fantastic - super friendly, always in a good mood, and professional.

DAC is an excellent value. The membership rate is very reasonable, the staff is friendly and helpful (Amy the manager has been there as long as I can remember), and equipment is in good condition with a surprising variety for such a small space. When the weather's nice I love to go out the back door and work out on the top of the parking deck with a view of the LR skyline.

The convenience of the location is fantastic. Great little gym, very cool staff (shout out to Terrance & Amy). It's often like our own little private gym, love how very NOT crowded it is. Only ask - please get a women's sauna too!! Or let us share the sauna.
