Ben was great. Brought in a kids bike for a tire repair, Ben jumped right on it and was courteous/polite and made for a fun transaction. I had stopped at a different bike shop and didn't get the feeling my business was welcome. I asked Ben for a few different tips if I were to get into Mountain biking, and he offered up great advice for whenever I am ready to make a purchase. Highly recommend utilizing Downtown Bicycles.

I've had my sons bike repairs done at Downtown Bicycle and couldn’t be happier with their service. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly knowledgeable about bikes. Whether it was a quick tune-up or a more involved repair, they handled everything efficiently and with care. Tom and his entire staff our fantastic. I am an expedition adventure racer and I cannot tell you how many times I have destroyed my MtB racing and Tom puts its back as good as new. He is always available to ask questions and has even helped me put together a team bike repair kit when I raced in Brazil. But he goes one step further, I called Tom at the Toscobia ultra when I couldn’t decide which bike to use and Tom took my call and gave me great advice and yes I finished the race! If you have a bike problem or a bike question or want a new bike road or Mtb Tom should be your first an only stop
