I love Kelly and Niki. I love Afterburn. Boot Camp on Wednesdays with Kelly is my all time favorite! I love that Kelly pushes us and we use every second of the time in class. I love the women's locker room and that the Y provides towels and clean showers. I love all the equipment and appreciate you all keeping it working. I am happy to park at First Baptist and happy that we can help the church. I appreciate that the Y is a Christian organization and pray that is always the most important thing about the Y - to tell others the love of Christ!

Great variety of class offerings. Variety in types of machine exercise equipment. Different brands fit and feel different to the body. Many of the staff employees are friendly and helpful.

I appreciate the variety of programs and activities that the Y offers. The facility is always clean and kept up to date. The employees are friendly while being professional. Another one of the many great things about the Downtown Y is the variety of people who visit, all ages, all skin colors, all abilities are welcome. Most of all, I have to shout out to my trainer, Blair. With his guidance, I have been able to drastically reduce my risk for hip fracture. Thank you Downtown Y!
