Equipment is clean and in good condition, trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. People who go there are considerate. There are lots of programs to choose from.
Dan Kohler is an outstanding trainer. He's a good listener and yet he wants me to train well so I am able to get healthier and lose weight while gaining muscle tone. Thank you
I appreciate the range of resistance training options, with a variety of machines but also a moderately sized strength training room with three racks and three deadlift platforms.
The strength room would be even better if staff reinforced lifters returning weights to proper locations when their lifting regimen is complete.
