I’m an armed forces veteran, ex deputy sheriff, among other careers. All my life I’ve participated in sports. So I’m accustomed to the locker room practices. In a way it’s part of my ancient DNA.The comaraderie that my ancestors built. Past down to me. Allows me to enjoy the experience I get from places primarily like the Downtown Y.

I usually use the YMCA in Liverpool New York and I don’t drive I take call a bus and I haven’t felt like going to Liverpool just to go swimming, so I decided to try downtown Location and I find it very convenient and the staff are great. Hopefully I can utilize the other equipment.
