Good morning, I wanted to bring some concerns to your attention regarding the downtown YMCA location. The maintenance and overall conditions have been getting worse for quite some time, and honestly, it has become unacceptable in many areas. The dislocation cleaning has been terrible, especially in the bathrooms. There are also lighting issues throughout the building, with many lights hanging, damaged, or completely missing in several areas. In addition, the hot tub has been down for a long time without repair. I believe these issues need immediate attention because they are affecting both the appearance of the facility and the experience and safety of the members. I wanted to make sure these concerns were properly communicated and documented.

I love the location, and I enjoyed zumba classes during the week. The difficulty level is just right. It's not too difficult to learn quickly, but it's not so easy that you fail to get a workout.

It's very open and friendly. Even though there's a small amount of programs, each instructor listens to what you are wanting or if you are having issue and they personalize that days routine for you, which is nice.
