I like the entire concept of the store. I like that buying goods and services from DreamBikes supports our local communities access to affordable bicycling, for pleasure or for need. I like all the guys there, very knowledgeable, very practical, very real. And I like that I can bring my used bike gear there and that it will get a second life, hopefully helping someone out along their way.

DreamBikes of Knoxville offers a wide variety of products and services to cater to any type of cyclist, from road to mountain, and everything else in between. The fact that they offer so much variety is a strong selling point for encouraging development of newer cyclists, as well as having many things available for intermediate and higher-level cyclists. Specifically, the parts bin is an incredible asset for handy mechanics looking to piece together parts to build the bike of their dreams, as well as a tool to familiarize novices with understanding the basics of bicycle repair

Great bikes at great prices, but more than that, your service to the youth and community of Knoxville is why this is the only place I will go for a bike or bike repair.

Staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful! Recently needed to find and purchase a helmet same day, but stores were closed to shoppers. Mitchell responded quickly to my inquiry on Instagram, posted images and prices of helmets, and even told me how to properly measure for one! I was able to purchase exactly what I wanted over the phone & pick it up just in time for my evening bike ride. I always recommend Dream Bikes to friends and family, and this experience certainly proves why. Thanks guys!

Top notch customer service!! They are a wealth of information and always answer all 20 of my questions without hesitation. Mitchell has done a great job getting high caliber employees in there! Matt and Josiah are always very helpful and also teach me a thing or 2 when I'm there. Always a pleasnt experience at dream bikes and it's the only bike shop I recommend!
