I thought the shop atmosphere was friendly and receptive, the owner was knowledgeable. The work on my bicycle was completed quickly and returned sooner than projected.

Customer service was great! Super knowledgeable staff, stopped in to get a helmet and some tire repairs and they answered all my questions and got my tire fixed quickly. Would highly recommend Drew’s bike shop for any bike needs.

Friendly,good layout of products,very helpful,although I had a wheel barrel type tube tires off a lawn tractor cart,they were able to repair them.Although my bicycle riding days are long gone,they offer good quality merchandise and bicycles.KUDOS Drew's bike shop old

Pretty decent stock of bikes for the area that it serves. The staff is quite knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Drew's to any cycling enthusiast or newcomer. The prices are great as well.

Walking in to the shop, I seen nothing but Trek and Magna brand bikes. They also had quite a bit of accessories. I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff. I told them what I needed, they gave me a very reasonable price quote and time frame to complete the service I needed. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. This is by far the best bike shop I've been to.

Drew went out of his way to help with my bike repair. He fixed an issue I was having with the rear tire, and I plan on taking all of my bike repairs to him in the future. I might even buy my next bike at his shop. I'm excited to have a local bike shop in the area where I can take my bikes for service and repair.
