Drew was great. I went in needing a new battery for my e bike. He took time to find the battery I neded and ordered it. It arrived two days early and he messaged me that it was there. Second time I had an issue with the controller on the e bike. He fixed it and I picked it up . I wont take my bike anywhere else. Drews bike shop is the best around and is honest to do business with. They are great people to deal with. Thanks Drew and your staff

Drew went above and beyond taking care of our bike issues. We were traveling through the area enjoying the Katy Trail and had several problems with our bikes. Drew made sure that we were back up and riding in no time at all.

I like the customer service. I like how the owner made what I wanted on my bike work. I really enjoy the bike we purchased from him. It is a quality bike. We will be going back. My husband wants to get one from him now. If we have any problems, he is just a little drive for us to get to his shop as well as just a phone call away.

While visiting my Air Force son in Warrensburg, someone there recommended that I take his flat bicycle tire to Drew’s Bicycle Shop in Knob Noster to be fixed. Having never even been to Knob Noster, I was immediately greeted as I walked in with a friendly smile and a willingness to help. I was given the option to leave the tire or wait…I elected to wait. But while I did so, Drew not only went immediately to work on the tire, but he struck up a wonderful conversation with me and another gentleman who was either in his employ or just there for great chit chat. I discovered Drew is a retired AF veteran, his friend was an Army veteran. As a 3 star, Blue Star mom, I was thrilled to support this veteran’s local bicycle shop and encourage anyone in the area to support him as well. He not only repairs bicycles, he has a good size inventory of new bicycles and electric bikes for sale. Within about 15 minutes, the tire was fixed, the cost was minimal and the laughter and conversations came to an end. Thank you, Drew, and friend, for your aptitude and hospitality. Here’s a shout out to a successful veteran owned small business!

I liked how approachable and down-to-earth service was here; Drew was willing to explain some technical bike stuff to me, related to the repairs that were done, and I always appreciate when repairs/tune-ups come with a little learning session as well! Makes me a better bike owner. :D Thanks!

Drew's Bike shop is an excellent location to get information and buy anything that you need that is bike related. Drew is just the best guy and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone that I meet.
