Friendly staff, great facilities, clean and great variety of classes and activities. Although on the slightly downside, I wish the spin class was in a larger room so that all the bikes were in use, the current arrangement with reduced bikes means its difficult to book and going on the waiting list doesn’t seem to work and yet there seems to be spare bikes when I do book successfully even tho the class shows full!

It's a lovely gym and not too busy and has great equipment. The people who work there seem to be really nice and helpful too. Although I haven't done any of the classes yet, there is a broad range of different ones and there seems to be at good hours to suit everyone as well.

Good gym with a good machine / weights to person ratio, unlike South Lake which seems to have amalgamated 3 gyms but only have the machines / weights to make up for 2 gyms that were closed. Good, helpful staff, my son really enjoys the gymnastics.

Informative and timely messaging of the centre’s latest information. Verity of fitness classes and if on waiting list for classes, personal contact if places become available. Cleanliness of centre and changing rooms. Last but not least, very friendly staff who always greet or acknowledge you.
