Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
Not a lot of choices in store but most people shop on line - I get that.
I get too many emails regarding Trek bikes. They aren't my first choice if I was bike shopping. Seems to be the "Schwin" of bikes shops now.
Otherwise, I have a lot of confidence in my local Dave's Cycle World and am glad they are close by. I haven't seen the same quality in the other shops.
Justin fixed my bike better than my regular shop, so now I will go exclusively to David’s, even though it is farther from my home.
Yesterday when I needed a repair, Justin went beyond, looked my bike over, lubed my chain, and wiped my bike down.
The shop also has all the history of my bike and services on the computer, easily accessed.
I have already recommended this shop to my friends.
I was on the road between Miami and my home in West Virginia. Always travel with my bike, which I discovered had an inexplicable flat rear tire. I found David's World Cycling with a Google search, drove 15 minutes off I-95 and wheeled my wounded bike into their store. Despite having customers shopping for bikes, and despite other bikes in the repair shop, they immediately put my bike on the repair rack, fixed the flat, and had me back on the road in less that 15 minutes.
Justin i the best. always fast, friendly and courteous. When he tells your bike will be ready you know it will be. He's very informative too, not arrogant or a know it all. A real pleasure to engage with in the store.
