Last year I had A LOT of issues with deliveries and my tank almost running out of gas twice. I had to call customer service many times. When I called and asked why nobody had been out I would just get the run around. They would say, it's been sent to dispatch. I would not be allowed to talk to anyone "at dispatch" just more run around. I was on the verge of going to another provider. This year has been completely different. I've not had any issues so far. My tank was filled without me needing to call at all. I'm not sure what changed. But, I'm glad it did. Or, I would no longer be a customer.
