Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever had!
The customer service I received after I brought in my bike to address an issue that hadn’t been properly addressed the first time at the shop was phenomenal. That is, I asked for assistance after the issue I had wasn’t fixed the first time I brought my bike in, and they not only fixed the issue, they carefully explained all options and made me a key decision maker in every step of the process. It was amazing. The staff went above and beyond and I’m so grateful for their knowledge and service. Thank you!!!
Overall outstanding! They were able to get my son’s bike in at the last minute, and complete service the same day durning peak early season! I’m sure they are busy putting new bikes together and or working on other customers bikes. My experience with Lolli, a bike tec went above and beyond our expectations! Earls is the best, this is why our family continues to buys bikes and services from Earls! I HIGHLY recommend them, they are simply the BEST!
