Working on a big mountain bike overhaul maintenance in depth by myself for the first time ever and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable giving advice on product choices and methods. The service is excellent. I had a bike repaired and it was done correctly and in only a few days. The intake person and the one who handled me when I picked it up were very efficient and courteous. I then purchased a new bike. The sales staff were quite helpful and very knowledgeable.
