The young man who waited on me explained the bike repair to me and told me he would have it completed in 15 minutes . He checked the bike for other issues and I was out of the shop in 30 minutes!

The staff is top notch. Repairs are done well and fast. Bikes are expensive but there are some decent options that are less expensive.

Earl’s is local and not a chain. Joe is a superb individual and a good businessman as well. My wife and I have over the past 15 years purchased a combined total of 7 bikes and have been 100% satisfied with each purchase and the performance of each bike.

My son uses his bicycle to commute to work every day. Although it needed minor repairs, he needed it done that day. (I can't spell his first name or pronounce it Mcvee?) but Mr LaPointe fixed the grips and put on a new saddle as well as tightened his kickstand. We were out the door within an hour. Quality Trek products ( I bought a Trek Verve+3 ebike) and helpful, friendly staff in and service. Service looked at my old hybrid bikes to see if they were in sound shape for guests to use.
