technician was very honest, assessed my son's bicycle. he gave me a straight answer; did not need to charge me full charge for a tune-up, recommended chain lube and how to apply it, which I happily bought. I will definitely be back this bike to have it serviced at the end of the season.

I bring my bike for service to Earl's because I have a Trek bike. It's an older bike and Nate has done a fantastic job on replacing most all of the parts except the frame. I'm very happy with my bike! Thank you Nate!
