Your service department did an excellent job servicing my bike recently. I brought it in unannounced as I was prepared to leave it for a week since I was leaving town. Bo set it up in a bike stand and started fiddling with it and he was telling me a few things that could be the problem. I left to run a few errands and Bo called and told me that my bike was ready. It was very unexpected and luckily it was only a minor issue that he was able to identify and fix quickly. Well done Bo and EMB!
I was visiting town and walked my wife’s bike in the door at 5 PM to seek service for a problem with the rear derailleur. Bo was right on it and after changing the cable out and adjusting as much as possible, it still didn’t shift smoothly. He recommended a new derailleur, which he had in stock for the 13 year old bike, and said he could do the work the next morning. It was done as promised, on time, and cost less than projected! The bike was immaculate! I thought they had put new tires on, but discovered that they, and the rest of the bike had been cleaned as part of the service. Fantastic service! I’d recommend them to anyone!
