We brought two mountain bikes in with some brake issues. Bo (the mechanic)) took care of us like family, getting both bikes fixed, one requiring multiple parts to replaced, and we were back on the trails better than ever the next day and had a great ride! This will be our go-to shop every time we come to the area.

I brought my bike in for service. I was quickly "checked in" and provided with an immediate diagnosis. The mechanic was very thorough, and it was apparent that he made sure that the repair was done correctly. I have a lot of confidence in their expertise and will not hesitate to return to Earth Mountain for future service needs.

Staff iare knowledgeable and friendly. Good selection of bikes, part, and accessories. Technicians know their stuff. Shop is set in beautiful downtown Brevard. What's not to like?

Your quality of products are some of the best. But what is most impressive is "Bo" and his customer service. He goes well beyond just getting the job done. I bought two bikes which were far from your high end bikes, yet Bo put in the kind of work assembling my bikes that you would expect on a $10,000 bike. He treats you like your their number one customer, taking time to give tips, advice and education on the new bicycle technologies, maintenance and handling. I even told Bo he should give classes on customer service -- he's that good.

The guys at Earth Mountain guys are the best. Helped me work through the decision of replacing my 15 year old fitness bike. They even made it right when the new model got scratched during shipment. Highly recommend them to everyone.
