I'm really enjoying the water aerobic classes - there is enough variety to keep it interesting and fun. The gym never seems to get overly crowded too, which is nice.
I'm there in early mornings for some exercise. The staff treat me as if I am a treasured member of the family. It's clean, neat, and well equipped. I've gotten to know others doing their exercises, and with some music it's a joy, not a chore. I'm 81. My physician is thrilled.
The group fitness classes have a nice blend of cardio and strength training. And they're time sensative. We get a lot done in an hour! The sense of community is nice as well.
