Maybe a tour when first signing up…had no idea where dressing room was and which doors went to the pool or hallways…had no idea there was a sauna until after 3 months of classes. But all in all people are so gracious and helpful and receptive. Wonderful place. And so clean!

I was welcomed into the Livestrong program where I was given a 3 month membership with a personal trainer (Sarah). She is amazing! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I love the people and the health benefits that I have realized at the Y.
