Elijah was awesome !! He was friendly, helpful, and had several great suggestions. The bikes that we rented were wonderful and the prices were great. Elijah made sure that we had everything on the bikes that we would need for the 6 days of biking. He even made a special trip to the shop on a Sunday so that we could return the bikes. We would definitely recommend East Coast Bicycles.

Superior customer service. Michael helped me address my hydraulic disc brake issue, explained everything clearly, and got me back on my bike in no time. The issue turned out to be minor and he would not accept any payment. Nice, honest, smart folks. What more could one want? I’ll be back with every bike need from now on,

We were on a bike vacation, we drove 5 hours 45 minutes to ride trails in VA; of course, I brought all the necessary tools to fix an issue on the trail, but I did not pack an 'extra' bike. My own fault, I broke something on my Mountain Bike on trip day #1 which left me in need of another bike. The part is replaceable but was not available at this shop. I called the guys from the trail, over the phone they were helpful. I stopped by the shop, as to not end the trip early, and they guys were "extremely" helpful; they helped me pick out a new bike, which I road the next couple of days, I loved it. While at the shop they took equipment off broken bike and put on new Trex D2 bike...very helpful. I would recommend anyone looking for a bike and great customer service to stop in, nice little find while out of State.

You guys did a great job fixing my bike when another bike shop said i needed to replace to front shocks. Allowed me to salvage a very unique bike, and this family of six to continue to enjoy riding. Ialso appreciate the last minute help with the bike trailer. The wehoo worked great, thanks for the help!!
