What an awesome shop! I was in the area for a few weeks and shipped my bike in so I could ride while there. Needed a few adjustments- rolled up to the shop and Tyler opened the door and took me right in. Fixed everything up and got me on my way. What a great experience!!

We went to East Coast Bicycles in Norfolk Virginia to purchase to bicycles for my wife and myself. The people at the store were very knowledgeable, provided us with advice for model selection and also gave us ample opportunity to test ride the bikes we were interested in. My first bike purchase in many decades. And it was one of the best overall buying experiences I have had in a long time. Our sales rep, Elijah, could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable, or courteous than he was during our visit. He was everything but the “pushy” salesman that we buyers hate to have to deal with. He spent probably close to an hour assuring that we would ultimately purchase the best bike for our anticipated needs. This is a quality bike shop and should be your go-to place for sales and service for all types of bikes.
