I really like your wings. But this past visit the eings were dry and hard. I told the waitress and she brought me more. They were not hot. Chips were excellent

Kernersville ECW is one of the best ECW I have been to. The few extra miles drive is well worth the service in comparison to the ECWs in High Point. Friendly service, great food prepared right and hot, and timely excellent service. Thank you for being great.

Great servers! The hostess was new so we ended up waiting double our time and when we finally checked in to ask she said it would be 30 more minutes. When we told her we had already been waiting for an hour she went to ask someone else and sat us immediately. Our server told us they had two new hostesses working that night and they had made a mistake when putting in our party number so they were waiting for a table for 6 when we only had 2. Our waitress was absolutely amazing!! Food is always so good too.

The order was handled fast and efficiently. It tasted great and I was packaged well. I'd like to be able to add Ketchup to the order from the app without removing my request for Ranch. I typically just ask. Otherwise it was perfect.
