Exceptional service. Walked in and was immediately greeted by Harry, who took down my info. Then Jeff weighed in on a complex issue regarding my bike. Very honest and to the point. I agreed to tentative 2 hours of labor understanding that it may not fix the problem. A few days later, I received a message that the bike was ready for pick-up. I was only charged for one hour. I hope that the new management will keep the good reputation. Trek, if you are reading this, give those boys a raise so you can keep them. Hard to find such strong work ethics these days!

Recently had a small failure on the frame of my EX-7. Not only did they warranty it but the upgraded my frame and has the bike ready in under a week. Great group!
