great personalized service. I've been fitted for 3 road bikes over the last 9 years. Spent a good amount of time in the fitting area and answered all my questions. multiple staff members would come in and gave me some great advcie. They never try to upsell products. They actually saved me money regarding high end components that they felt were unnecessary for my needs. There are fewer and fewer businesses that look out for the consumer and not their bottom line.
