The people I spoke to and emailed are great people and cared about my concerns. They responded quickly to any contact I made. The monitoring system is a joke. I have a propane fire place insert that runs about 6 hours a day. The monitor would show no usage in a 10 day period. I am guessing that is why the scheduler kept putting off my delivery.

You're doing a great job keeping us from running out of gas! I do wish though you'd keep my generator/garage heat double tanks topped off though so so the bill would be more manageable. I have tried calling your office about it with no luck. Your truck is already here filling a single tank but you won't fill the double tanks even though those tanks need more fuel to fill than the one you just filled? I don't get it? Your truck is already here? I'm afraid to even use the garage heater because I can't chance the generator running out especially now. Please explain? Keep in mind we are seniors on social security! Thank you!
