I talked to a very helpful employee about needing a top up on my propane used for an emergency generator. Superior tries to wait until tanks are far lower than ours but this nice woman made it happen for us since we’ll be traveling and need to know the generator can keep running in a major power loss. The phone app is also useful to keep track of propane levels and pay invoices.

I’ve have nothing but positive friendly service..as I just bought a home in Oak Ridge..that is service fully with Propane..
Hopefully the prices stay down..I’ve never had propane heat and cooking until now..

I'm VERY happy with the teams I worked with. I messed up & misunderstood the on-boarding process for a new install which was all new to me. My rebuilt home was about to get the final inspection for the C/O at the same time my rental lease was running out.
