We brought our bikes in this week that we purchased last fall. We needed some help transferring some gear from our old bikes to the new. We also needed some help with a bike rack issue. Two technicians happily helped us with all of our needs. It certainly pays to shop local and have the friendly customer service that we received!

It’s automatic to look online for things I need. After I look and learn and compare, I very often then look local for exactly what I want. But in my experience, people are not always overly helpful so I either do or don’t buy local in the end. But Lisa and Brian at Easy Riders went above and beyond. They helped me and met my needs and even stayed later until I could make it there. I’ve never, that I can remember, never had a store meet me where I’m at and help me and get me what I needed so quickly and seamlessly and with kindness. If everyone was more humane like that…life would be easier. I really appreciate them and it really opened my eyes to what’s possible. I will be buying from them again.
