Excellent experience! Maybe 15 minutes of my time between drawing up the work order and picking up my bike less than 24 hours later. The young man that helped me from start to finish was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient throughout. The bike I had serviced was purchases new by me at Easy Riders in 1995. I definitely recommend Easy Riders for any of your cycling needs.

Good selection, good sales understanding of the product offerings. FYI - on my inaugural ride, the adjustable handle bar stem came loose. I had to stop at Cragun’s golf cart shop To get it tightened to continue on my ride.

We were traveling in the area, and I had a problem with my bike. I walked in needing a repair. They were able to help me right away. Everyone there was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The bike i currently had was not a good fit for me, so I traded my bike in for a new one! I upgraded to a Trek E bike and I love it. They were right, its a game changer! Thank You for such a great buying experience
