I like that the gentlemen who assisted me approached when I came in the door to ask to help, he listened to what I needed, asked questions to better understand my needs and provided options. We recently purchased three Trek mountain bikes and a tailgate bike holder from Easy Riders, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team went above and beyond to make sure we found the right bikes. They took the time to answer all our questions, got us set up for test rides, and made sure each bike felt like the perfect fit before we decided. You can tell they genuinely care about helping people get the most out of their riding experience. What really stood out was the extra help after the purchase, they even helped hook up our new tailgate cover and walked us through how to properly install it and safely haul the bikes. That level of service made a huge difference for us. These bikes are a massive upgrade from what we were riding before, and we’ve been out on every day since picking them up. We’re absolutely loving it! Highly recommend Easy Riders if you’re looking for great bikes and even better customer service.

The guy, is it easy? Riders are very knowledgeable on what they sell. They know everything about the products and they ride bikes. So they know everything that it's know about bikes versus me not knowing something like that, but I think I'd do a great job.That you do excellent work on my bikes.When I bring my bike bikes in for repair, I leave there as if there are brand new, right off the shore and floor they do a great job, I recommend easy riders, anybody and especially recommend buying a real bike, not a walmart.Cheesy bike, buy a trek or specialize.Come see.Jason and staff.Easy riders, if you want a good e.Bike or just a general non motor editor bike.They will take care of you even after the sale.I'm impressed how they do things there.I would recommend them anybody

Last year had purchased a Verve 3. and am very pleased. This year came in to scope out a starter mountain bike and was greeted by Nick. He listened, brought me to a very nice hike but was to pricey and he totally understood, then led me to the bike that I had purchased that same day. Great sales person! He even mentioned items that I may be needing and even items for a slight upgrade for the bike rather than stock. Thanks Nick! Much appreciated!
