We have been purchasing bikes from Easy Rider for perhaps 30 or more years for our family. They do my service for my recumbant trike. There is always a hello and call me by name, a friendly greeting is always appreciated. If I need it they have it or can order it. Cheers Marc On my service last week they put on my studded winter tires and the mechanic pointed out that my rear summer tire had so dry rot and to consider replacing when putting back on summer tires.

Easy Riders Bicycle shop is awesome! We had an issue with my wife’s e-bike and brought it in for repair. First thing they offered us a loaner e-bike. After they diagnosed the issue they called us to let us know they would have to order parts and that we could have a loaner e-bike. After they got parts and still had further issues they called us again and let us know the status and once again offered a loaner e-bike. After they resolved all issue, we came in to pick up the bike which they said was fully covered by warranty and there was no charge. I was not expecting that. Great communication with us through the entire process. Highly recommend them to anyone interested in e-bikes.
