I was asked my budget and how I hoped to use my e bike. I was then shown a selection to try. I wasn't rushed. I was told the benefits and instructed on how to use the bike. I was impressed that all the bike were charged so I could have selected anyone if them to try.

Hi I took my 2017 hardseven to 2 other bike shops . I was told that it was too old. . Tom had a look at it for about 2 minutes diagnosed the fault and had it fully repaired in half an hour. I will not go anywhere else from now on !! Thanks again !! Nice one Tom

I went in the shop in Birdham on Saturday 13/04/2025 and was served buy Richard in sales and the mechanic whom I forgotten his name but he must be 6 foot 6 tall. Both spent time advising me on all the different bikes and their gadgets. I was allow to test ride several of them outside time and again until I made my decision and brought a step through bike with automatic gears and a long distant battery. Whilst Richard showed me the correct crash helmet and processed my order, lofty got my bike ready so I could ride it home there and then. Just about to leave and I was given the battery charger, leads and manuals etc. So I purchased with Richards advice a really got MIT bag and Lofty happily fitted the bag for me. Problem solve. Nothing was too much trouble for this two man team. A credit to the EBike Centre. Looking forward to a long and happy cycling hobby now I am retired. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to buy an e-bike to pay them a visit. Eddie
