We visited the e-bike centre as they had the bike that I thought was exactly what I wanted. The team were very informative and encouraged us to try a number of bikes. They actually ended up ordering in a completely different bike for us to try, which was the one we purchased. I can’t say enough how knowledgable and helpful they were, the care they took to ensure we got the bike that met our needs was very much appreciated. We love the bike having used it around the Norfolk Broads and the Peak District it really does meet our needs and with such a comfortable ride.

We went to the e-bike centre to look at some new electric bike. We were extremely impressed by the knowledgeable friendly staff and bought 2 new Treks with which we are very very happy. When it came time for a service and a minor repair under warranty the staff were again very helpful and friendly arranging to pick up both bikes, service them (outside the usual time frame) and return them the next day for a very reasonable fee. I can not speak any more highly of their superb shop, attitude and staff.

I showed up with a list of requirements - range, riding position, comfort etc and was immediately shown a selection of perfect bikes, any one of which I could have been happy with. Steve waited patiently as I rode them all round the car park multiple times. Bought on Friday, picked up Saturday, riding in the New Forest on Sunday! Great buying experience. Thank you.

Pleasant maintenance staff - very friendly, helpful and informative. Understand that the arrival of replacement battery and motor dependent upon Bosch in Germany but it was 3/4 days to fit the parts after arrival. Also, we were advised that the cost for fitting would be between £50 and £80, so were very disappointed to be charged £100. Also disappointed to see how dusty the bike was and smudgy with fingerprints.
