We hired 14 different subcontractors for various services on a flip house in Seattle. Eco Home Services was by far the most professional of anyone we hired. The work was done very quickly, they completely cleaned up the work site after they finished, and the roof looks great. The company was very flexible when work by other subcontractors caused delays on our side, and the company did a fantastic job of keeping us updated during an extended period of snow that caused weather delays on their part. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had Eco Home Service replace my very old roof. I like the idea of the rubber roofing so really look forward to seeing how it works. This area is prone to moss issues and it would be great to be done with that. The roof and reflashing looks great, and mostly the job went very well. Just had a bit of communication problem, but all was worked out with satisfaction. The crew worked hard and well together, and did a good clean up in the end as well as at the end of each day. This was done as rain and snow were looming, so they were under some pressure. I think they did a good job, and will recommend others to get a quote from this company.

We do not have any history about the roofing other than what Aaron explained to us. It looks good but we will wait to see how it lasts.
The service and two young men who installed it were very nice and informative as they installed it, and were very hard working they worked continuously from start to finish. and finished up way sooner than we thought.
all in all we are very happy with the service you have provided, and we would recommend
ECO roofing in a heart beat.

Well, I am counting on the roofing product that we chose is going to be of good quality. Since the roof is brand new now, now we wait to see if the product is truly as good as what was conveyed to us and hence why we chose it.
The customer service was fantastic. We contacted the company in February and asked to be scheduled for the project to be started in April or May. The company was good to their word and contacted us in Mid April. The roofing crew worked hard and the project was completed on time. They cleaned up well after each day, leaving nothing looking messy or unkempt. Office staff were always very courteous and friendly and ready to answer any questions that we had.

I recently contracted with Eco Roofing Services to re-roof two houses. Among the things I was impressed with was:
1. They kept on schedule (in spite of weather challenges).
2. We're careful to work only during dry days.
3. The work looks great. The flashing around the chimneys looked very effective as a water barrier, much better that the last roof installed. This was the 2nd roof replacement for both houses.
4. The crew completed all the items in the work scope.
5. We're great on cleanup.
6. Aaron was my Eco contact person and the Eco folks at the offices kept me well informed when weather changed (understandably) the work schedule.

Customer service was a 10 +! I never felt intimidated by any of the folks who worked with me through out this procedure. That was super important as I knew nothing about replacing a roof until I contacted your company. Every step of the process was explained patiently. Even the finance folks were wonderful. And after a powerful wind storm removed some of the material, which was not your fault, I had someone there to replace in a very timely manner. Thank you so much, everyone!
