I mostly use the pool programs. I like the classes in the pool and the hot tub. The water classes are very good exercise and do not hurt my back like regular classes on the gym floor.
I use the Y primarily for the wide assortment of classes including cardio strength and spin. All the instructors are all great and the schedule has so many different time options to meet just about anyone's time schedule.
We love the Y! My husband uses the fitness center most mornings. I enjoy classes - Cardio Strength and Cycle are my favorites. My daughter is on swim team. Coach Juan Carlos is fantastic. Philipp has done a wonderful job of growing the team. We are looking forward to using the outdoor pool this summer.
