High quality products, knowledgeable friendly professional staff

Thomas was super helpful. Got my son on the right size bike and even rode around with him to show him how to change gears

Amazing and knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect bike thank you Thomas !

The team there was very patient and helpful.

Fantastic service! Great guys at the parts counter

I think your staff are very patient.

Personal touch

They serviced my husband's bike and were right on schedule. But, what I appreciated most was that they said my bike did not need any service at this point. That makes me feel that I can really trust Eddy's as they do what is the right thing!

Love the size of the store, so many different things to chose from when have a need for something. Helpful associates.

Great service

The people who helped me pick out new pedals and then put them on were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful!

I was very impressed by the selection, and the knowledge that each employee had on every product.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. Quality products.

Eddy’s support and service are great, and the staff great is as well. Will continue to shop here for my cycling needs.

High quality products, knowledgeable friendly & helpful staff

I took my shoes in because my Speedplay cleats were falling apart after many years of service. Josh was able to find new cleats and said he would install them if I wished. Of course I wished! I expected to leave my shoes there for a day or two, it was wretched weather so I didn’t mind. I was surprised when he asked if I could wait for about ten minutes. I did, and when he returned from that mysterious “in the back” I thought I had new shoes. Not only were the cleats installed, but he had polished and buffed them. They looked so nice I almost don’t want to wear them and get them dirty! Good man, Josh.
