George, Tristan and Chris gave me fantastic service. I purchased a Thule Cargo Carrier without a key. I first spoke to George who informed me Eddy's had a set of master keys that should be able to help me obtain a replacement key. I drove up from Canton last Tuesday (3/31) to Eddy's in Stow. Tristan and Chris helped me sort through 50 plus Thule keys until we finally found the right key which I purchased. The level of professional service I received to sell me keys for $15 speaks volumes about the caliber of employees these gentlemen are. I own tour bikes and an electric bike, as well as panniers, bags, etc. In the past, I have never thought about shopping outside of Stark County. But after this first experience at Eddy's, I will definitely drive up to Stow in the future to shop for my biking needs.

The service dept has the knowledge when a product has a failure or a quality issue. The mechanics are able to diagnose and fix issues out of the norm. They stand behind the products they sell.

Great bikes selection for all ages. Very helpful with making my son's first bike experience very memorable allowing him to pick an choose his bike, helmet and accessories. Did a great job helping with giving knowledge on how to maintain the bike through out the year and before each riding season.

Service department is very prompt and knowledgeable. Sales staff is as well. More often than not, they repair my bike while I wait, or at least the same day. They know me like family, and treat me the same. Actually, they treat everyone like family.
