I had an issue with that bike same day purchase when I was on the towpath at CVNP. I called Eddys at Stow approx. 1-2 hrs after I had made the purchase and they directed me to the make-shift Eddys location in Peninsula. I went there and they replaced my pedals free of charge and got me back out on the trail.
This is excellent customer service.
took my bike in for a tune up. took about a week d/t back log. worth the wait. road it in the parking lot before leaving and all of my gears shifted like new. (my bike is 18 years old) riding my bike will be much more pleasurable now. thank you!
