Mitch did an excellent job reviewing all the choices to consider when selecting an e-bike. He has so helpful and patient with us and didn’t rush us as we made our decision. I didn’t like the mandatory battery disposal fees for each bike. Eddies shouldn’t force customers to do that, and m a responsible adult that can handle proper disposal of e-waste. The service department did a great job adding our selected accessories to the bikes. Thanks again for all the help Mitch.

I was treated very courteously and with respect and wasn’t pressured into buying anything I didn’t need when I showed up with my bicycle to have it tuned up for summer riding. Upon completion of the work, which took less than expected, my bike looked fantastic and they did a great job. Lots of inventory for someone looking to buy new, by the way. Now quit reading this review and get out there and ride!

We were traveling from North Carolina back to Ohio and stopped in as former customers, hoping to pick up a few items that needed installation. Despite having no appointment, the team took care of everything on the spot. Manager Chris personally handled our needs with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine kindness. Exceptional service like this is hard to find. Highly recommend Eddy’s for anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and outstanding customer care.

Staff is always incredibly kind, full of knowledge, and really fun. From niche to basic things, every time I’ve needed something they've had it. This is the type of place where you know you’re getting value out of what you’re buying, they’re not trying to upsell you and their prices are the same as the big box places like REI so support local and shop here instead!
