Jacob was outstanding. I needed to get a helmet for my son (6 years old) and he was very engaged throughout. He made sure that we got the proper helmet fit and more importantly for my son, the proper color. Jacob even had him help with the checkout process. I cannot say enough about this level of service. Winter storage of an e-bike is a great service. Love it! Brandon is a great salesman and so knowledgeable about the bikes and everything else that has to do with owning and taking care of an e-bike.

I love my bike rack, the guys working there made it so easy for me to pick the right rack for my hitch, they assembled it and put it on the back of my vehicle. I didn't have a clue about what size bike racks I needed. I'm so grateful for their expertises!!!!!!!!

Anthony was incredibly helpful in helping me find and fit the correct bike for my 10 year old son. I thought he needed a 24" size and Anthony showed us he was already well into a 26" and a such we would get much more use out the larger size. They reviewed everything with my son and how to use the bikes features, adjusted the saddle and fit his helmet. I would highly recommend this store.
