Mike was very helpful in the entire process. He greeted me from the time I walked through the doors to helping me load my new bike into the trunk of my vehicle. He also made sure I knew everything about my bike to oiling the chains to maintenance. If you are in need of a bike, go to Eddy's Bike Shop and ask for Mike! Thanks, Mike.

I took my bike in for a tune-up. Every employee that I talk with was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was told it would take two weeks for the work on my bike and the bike was ready early. I will be back for my next tune-up.

Service was great. Store was busy on a Saturday but Brandon was there to help us as soon as we wanted help. He extremely helpful and located the 2 bikes we want. Even though they were not in stock at the bishop road store. Got bike within days of our purchase and the bikes are great for a fair price. Thank you I can see why Eddies Bike Shop is the main bike shop in the greater Cleveland area

The staff is very pleasant. They explain repair details very well. My sister bought my TerraTrike there probably 15 year ago and talked highly of Eddys Bike shop. So when I inherited the bike I've taken it back for tires, brakes, and just check ups and my sister was right. They are wonderful.
