The service I received today was exceptional! The staff spent lots of time helping me put new cleats in my bike shoes. My purchase today was very minimal, but due to the service I will definitely be back and not hesitate to buy my biking supplies and bikes next time I am in need.

They made the effort to track down an obscure tire size and special tube for a 35-year old bike. The parts came when expected. Service was courteous and professional.

I had called another bike shop to get a tire fixed, the guy told me he would call me back after the weekend (I called on a Thursday), over a week later the call never came. I walked in to Eddy’s unannounced and they fixed it on the spot. Great customer service.
