We own probably 8-10 bikes from Eddy's through the years, plus a Schwinn Airdyne and toboggan. We have bought from both Stow and Montrose. The bike we brought in for new tires is a Schwinn Frontier that hung in our detached garage for about two decades. We brought it down and are fixing it up for our eight-year-old granddaughter, as we initially purchased it for our daughter who is now 36. About 15 years ago you rebuilt my Voyager 11.8 that my wife and kids did as a surprise for my birthday. Andrew at Montrose gets a shout-out.

We did the free 1-year service and had Ben experiencing significant issues with the brakes. The service shop was able to have Trek replace all the brakes under warranty. We really appreciate that! Excellent customer service.

Jake, in service, advise us that he was a week out, to get our bikes serviced. We advise him that we needed our bikes back for a trip we were planning in just over a week. We were pleasantly surprised whe he contacte us in a couple of days stating our bikes were ready. We appreciated the quick service. Thanks again!
