Edee took on a lot while I was selling my fathers home after he passed. I renovated and cleaned it up. She did the rest. There was a lot of missing information a seller would want to know about this home because I had not lived there since I was a kid and did not know all of the things it took to run the house. Edee helped find all the missing pieces which allowed us as the buyer to really KNOW what we were talking about. She let me cry on her shoulder a couple times also because this was such a hard thing for me to walk away from. She helped me keep my focus and kept me in reality. She dug around to find comparable pricing market because this house was in the middle of nowhere with almost nothing to compare too. Edee is always a joy to work with! I know I can always trust her and she always has my best interest in mind.
