I have been exercising here for about 6 years. I like the idea of needing to exercise only two times a week and get great results. I am a senior citizen and I want to build my strength to prevents falls, to be able to hold and play with my grandchildren, and to take care of myself and all day to day activities. The staff is great! very encouraging very friendly very joyful
