I like the program director and coach because they are prompt with letting you know about game times and cancelations. Also the warm atmosphere with the other families. Eden Y is the greatest place for my children.

I like the fitness classes and how the instructors challenge you to try harder things to increase your fitness level. I do wish we had yoga classes again and we really need new caps for our workout chair legs. It keeps them from sliding around but a lot of them have broken off. I also use the weight room

We’re happy with the top shelf staff at the Eden Y. We’d love to see some options for summer sports camps in Eden like we’ve seen offered in Reidsville and Greensboro. Otherwise we’re happy with the children’s sports programs. (More organized adult sports would be fun too.)

They have other rooms instead of just weight room and a swimming pool that my kids enjoy to get in and we are on a family plan so everybody in my family both five of us can go instead of just one of us
