Friendly, professional and helpful service Recently while travelling overseas I decided to buy a new bike to be ready for my return. I dropped Simon an email about what I wanted. He suggested another, only just released model which he ordered in and had ready and waiting for collection. His alternative bike suggestion has turned out to be a much better one for my needs. When picking up the new bike, Mark spent a lot of time going over the bike explaining all of its features and setting it up correctly. Well done guys, I can’t recommend them enough. You don’t get this level of service with internet shopping…

Thank you for repairing the gear shift on my Scott Addict 40. Seems to be working fine now. I'd give 10 out of 10 for the repair, but having to wait to get the bike booked in, and it taking a week to repair was a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff. Knowledgable. Simon listened to what the customer wanted and I didn’t feel anyone was pushy with sales pressure. Also very helpful to talk to Mark who is himself a rider and sets up the bikes, who gave me excellent advice and was extremely knowledgable. Good experience.Gave me plenty of time to explore and answer my questions before buying. I felt they genuinely wanted to ensure I was a satisfied customer.
