I had an issue with my freehub. Mark provided excellent service in fitting new parts,, upgrading the rear cassette and fitting a new chain and freehhub which I supplied. Unfortunately there was a delay in parts being delivered which I ordered but it wasn't a problem for Mark. He kept my bike at the shop, fully briefed me on progress. What had been a serious mechanical problem for me was easily resolved by Mark. I though the pricing was more than fair for labour and parts. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. Highly recommended.

No nonsense service - the staff are all very helpful, personable and do exactly what they say there are going to do. They know bikes, everything about them and nothing is half done.
