I had an issue with my freehub. Mark provided excellent service in fitting new parts,, upgrading the rear cassette and fitting a new chain and freehhub which I supplied. Unfortunately there was a delay in parts being delivered which I ordered but it wasn't a problem for Mark. He kept my bike at the shop, fully briefed me on progress. What had been a serious mechanical problem for me was easily resolved by Mark. I though the pricing was more than fair for labour and parts. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. Highly recommended.

No nonsense service - the staff are all very helpful, personable and do exactly what they say there are going to do. They know bikes, everything about them and nothing is half done. My bike came back in 2 days after a major overhaul and worked better than when I bought it. Would recommend them to anyone.
