I was impressed by the service given by Simon and Jami. Firstly by Simon talking through with my husband what e-bike was best for me and then preparing it for me to test. Secondly by Jamie in accompanying me on a short test ride to check how the bike felt and how the assistance compared to my previous e bike. I am happy with my new bike, a Baja yellow Trek. Very distinctive!

Very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. Simon went out of his way to personally deliver my bike to me mid week taking time to drive over to Chester ensuring that I was happy with everything. I am yet to ride the bike in anger but can already tell from the short ride around the carpark at work that it's been very well put together and everything works flawlessly. I am a bit out of touch with the bike buying process my last bike was c2w and a long time ago. The guys at the Edge were efficient, processing my order and communication was prompt. All told, great service. Thanks Simon and team
