Went in last Friday , needed to get my dog something to keep him calm during fireworks . The man Alex was very helpful showing me various brands . Alex was also helpful helping me look up vaccines for my dog and cat .

We love the reward program with buy 10 bags get one free. And I appreciate that they keep track of the rewards and ask if I’d like to apply them. The staff are always so friendly and helpful with bringing the bags out to our car. It’s always a great experience.

I had a very positive experience at Chuck and Don's when my two cats got their nails clipped on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. The staff member was very kind and efficient. She knew what she was doing! My cats were treated with gentleness and were not traumatized by the experience. We will be back and will request the same operator.

The store that I favor is located on York Avenue. Friendly and helpful. Can't say the same about the Lyndale Avenue store in Bloomington.
