We loved our closing agent, Lisa! She took things at the perfect pace for us and made us feel extremely comfortable about everything we were signing (which can be difficult with me!).

We were informed every step of the way about what to expect and when to expect it. The fact that we were able to complete the closing remotely made the closing very easy. Also, having the proceeds wired to our bank account was a HUGE plus since we were initially informed that we would receive a check mailed to our address.
