All your staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. From the front desk to the therapists. Your facility is always neat, clean, and welcoming. Everything about your location puts me at ease. While you offer some services I don't need or maybe am not ready to try, I have never felt pressured about trying them, which I very much appreciate. We live in a society where things are pushed at us and that you don't do that is a *big* positive thing for me. Please don't ever change in this regard. Keep with the attraction with what you offer rather than the promotion. I would (and have) recommend you to my friends and acquaintances.

Wesley is such a great massage therapist. He is very intelligent, keen observer, and an expert to his specialty. His ability to understand his client’s specific needs through his advanced skills in massage therapy is what makes me recommend this place. Their management and team communicate professionally as well. Elements massage in lynnwood is quite a quaint place. When you walk in, you are greeted by their beautiful monstera. Their seats and couch are neat and comfortable , The receptionist’s genuine warm welcome keeps my mind at ease.
