I tried a 30 min stretch session and my therapist was full of knowledge. She explained every stretch and helped ne understand how and why it helps.

The lobby was clean and well lit, staff friendly and helpful and there was relaxing music. Had 2 therapeutic massages with David for a painful shoulder. Shoulder has a little more mobility now and not as painful. He gave good advice and I felt very comfortable with him.
