Everyone from the phone to in person were very kind and professional. My daughter and I both had massages and really enjoyed our experience. We had originally decided on this location based on a place we were going to have lunch. But, the restaurant ended up being closed. We’ve decided we’ll probably try to repeat the day since the massages were so great!

I love my therapists Yunuen and Holly, they are so skilled at what they do. The front desk is friendly and helpful as well. Even though there are many Elements much closer to me, I travel 30 minutes for the services provided at this location.

Unique treatment as it was skin treatment for my back. It was relaxing, but there were two products used in which one felt like I had needles all over my back and another burned. I wish the young lady informed me what she was doing or checked in with me if it felt OK. I know you dont normally talk during a massage but this needed, a "what was next" comment. As this was also a treatment, she didn't talk with me afterwards to tell me what areas she worked on or what she did. I was told to just go to the front and check out. At the front I was told it was recommended I come back in 3-4 weeks, but not why. I've never had a "back facial" before, so i wish she had asked that before we started and provided some insight.

Wilson is a phenomenal massage therapist who pays clear attention to his clients needs and capacity. The front staff are welcoming, efficient, and kind. The entire facility runs smoothly and is immediately calming for the client upon entering. I couldn't imagine the version of myself I would be if I didn't have my monthly visit.
