Everything! When I arrived i was greeted. I had a little correction that I needed help with, and they help right away so I could have my full treatment time. My massage therapist made me feel comfortable, I have gone to several spas but she is the only one to make me feel that comfortable. Checking out was very smooth. This was a Mother's Day treat from my kids to me and it really made my day!

I have enjoyed going to Elements w/ a membership for 5+ years! I love my therapist Chrissee & Brendan the staff are always awesome! I have had a great experience up until the kids gym moved in next door a few months ago. Now, I can no longer enjoy my fabulous massage due the riotous, blood curdling screaming & banging of the children in the business next door! Horrible that this was done to Elements as I will have to go elsewhere.

I enjoy the massages I receive from Erica. She understands my needs and checks on status of any health issues. Easy to set up appointments and change as necessary. The facility is nice, but you can't help some noise issues with it being between a sandwich shop and a childrens play museum.

Kathryn is always absolutely superb. Best massage therapist ever. I was also very grateful for the girl at the front desk working with me to resolve two mistakes made by a guy working the front desk a couple of days ago (charge mistake and appointment mistake) and she also worked really hard to ensure my future appointments will be away from the noise nextdoor. I also like Simone, her facials are so nourishing and relaxing.
