I love everything. The front desk people are friendly, helpful, supportive. All of the therapists have been professional and great. It is a struggle to get back in if you need to reschedule. That's the only issue I have had.

First time mtg my massage therapist, she was Awesome, listened to what time of massage I wanted, and where it would be most affective. Receptionist was nice and helpful My one criticism is clean the floors in the waiting area! When you see that, makes you wonder what else isn’t clean

First massage. What an amazing birthday treat. I hurt my back recently and hoped this would help but while it was a great relaxing massage that worked on several knots in my back I still have low back pain that probably is skeletal. I have already scheduled two more massages as they are awesome!!

Professional and Skilled. I appreciate that the entire experience from booking, to reminders, to check in, the actual massage and the re-booking are all seamless. Everyone has been polite and helpful. The massages can range from mediocre to amazing, depending upon the therapist. Communicating with them what I like is important to my experience. I have also moved over the years and it has been helpful that there are multiple locations near wherever I am. If there is one down side it would be that when I find a GREAT therapist they seem to end up leaving. Overall Elements is a worthwhile investment in my overall well-being and I will continue to use and encourage their services.
