The staff are wonderful. There were some scheduling issues a while back, but those seem to have been fixed. The salon is convenient and relaxing. Just wish they offered on-line scheduling and facials at the Tower and Hampden salon.

The waiting time was less than 5 minutes. The person at the front counter was very friendly. The room was clean.
