Was visiting Cleveland and asked my friend to get me an appointment as I'd been there several years ago. Everyone is so friendly with answers to your questions before you can ask! Anne was terrific - at the massage and as a person. She was reponsive and interesting when I wanted to talk and quiet when I didn't. Will definitely come again next time I'm in Cleveland! Thanks.

Scheduling is easy. Website is easy to navigate, schedule appointments and learn about staff and services. Staff is very friendly. I appreciate the email and text reminders as well as those options to schedule/reschedule. I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The membership is a great way to save money!
