Had a scheduled appointment with Alicia; however, she called in at last minute of my appt time while I was in lobby. I was very disappointed. I rescheduled with Danielle for the next day. Danielle was absolute fantastic. I was using a gift card from my daughter. I joined as a member based on that experience. I know everybody has a bad day including me. But hanks Danielle, you are awesome’
