The receptionists are always very kind and professional. Solara is a new massage therapist and is exceptional in her knowledge and ability to address long-term issues with my specific challenges. I was very surprised that she was able to nearly eliminate the ongoing issues I have had in ONE session! She is a treasure and I am grateful to be able to receive such tailored and caring attention.

I’ve been a client at Elements Massage in Bellevue for over five years, and I continue to have fantastic experiences. While I have a few go-to therapists I regularly see, my most recent 90-minute session was with Marisol, and she was outstanding. ​If you're looking for someone who specializes in deep tissue work with firm, targeted pressure that hits all the right spots, I highly recommend scheduling with her. She really knows how to work out the tension!

The front desk team is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to respond by phone, text, or email. Michelle, in particular, consistently provides exceptional customer service. Rebecca, the Studio Manager, is incredibly efficient, reliable, and professional. She clearly takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly and that every client feels valued. The excellent customer service and welcoming atmosphere keep me coming back.
