Front office staff: welcoming, friendly, efficient. Seems like training has been done on what to ask and how to converse. Overall: business is clean and calming. Neck wrap is nice. Massage: inquiry about location and pressure is important and that was asked a couple of times after the massage started. SO important, so I'm glad about that.

Massage therapists are attentive, clear, and seek feedback throughout the experience to ensure the client (me) is having a great experience.
