It means a lot that "everyone knows my name" right when I walk through the door! The front desk staff are friendly and attentive to details when it comes to scheduling my visits. I love the reminder texts and the phone call reminders are an extra bonus. The studio's recent renovations are lovely and clean. My therapist Frieda is amazing and has become a friend. She pours all her energy into finding my tight spots and gently reminds me to stretch and hydrate. Cupping is a must. My monthly visits are a must, too!

I never have the same massage techniques 2x.?every time I go I’ve had different techniques and the therapist finds areas that need addressing . I feel more flexible ,can stand up straighter , have less tension in shoulders, neck, jaw- feel lighter - more alive .
