Dark room, perfect temperature, I was really tired and didn't talk and Andrew didn't talk to me either. I actually fell asleep at some point because it was so relaxing. I've been really stressed out and a 90 min break from my life was just what I needed. I've been here a few times before and most of the masseuses here are really good at figuring out what pressure I'm comfortable with and have no issue with me asking for more/less. Even though it's pricier than other places, it's worth it. Idk if you're posting this anywhere but you can omit this part, I went to a place that was about 1/3 the cost of Elements just to see what the difference is in quality/cost. And it was the shadiest and most uncomfortable massage I have ever had in my life, so I will never do that again :) lesson learned! Go to Elements.

Front desk always courteous, asking if all went well. I get an email or text reminder when's my massage is coming up. I've been going to Marlene for years. She is just excellent. By this time, she knows exactly what I need. She listens when I let her know a certain part is bothering me a little bit more than others and she fixes it. Sometimes I need deep and other times if I'm not too knotty it's a relaxing massage.

I recomend Amy to everyone! Before finding her, my carpal tunnel syndrome was so advanced i could not even put earrings in myself. With her help I am now able to put all of my earrings in, with ease in comparison! Amy has worked on relieving the tension in my arthritic hip, as well as helped relieve a great deal of tightness with my jaw (TMJD). She does a thorough job explaining excersizes and techniques i can do at home. My pain has been reduced greatly thanks to Amy!
