I have been a member for many years. I stopped my membership in February 2020 because I needed to catch-up with all my visits as well as my gift cards I’d purchased. Also I was disappointed in two changes of policies since I joined: one that eliminated the vacation stop for older snowbirds so that you could suspend your membership (without charge) for up to 3 months per year; and that you could give away your accrued sessions to only 1 designated person (I like to alternate between my husband and daughter).
The above were the negatives. Below are the positives.
I have always had excellent experiences with Element Massage Beverly. I have been to several massage locations throughout the US and rate Elements in the top 5. Many of my outside experience have been resort massages with many more amenities, however the quality of the Elements masseuse is on par with any resort spa! The rooms are always clean and environment conducive to a good experience. I prefer Deep Tissue massage and am pleased with the choices given me for therapists! The front desk staff is knowledgeable and professional. I like the new daily emails (Perhaps limit you 3 times weekly) as they keep me uptodate on the therapist schedules.
I would like to see the 2 policies mentioned above reviewed and perhaps changed to allow more flexibility when I return to renew my membership.

Back pain. Room was comfortable and COVID precautions were taken. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. It was a wonderful experience.
