The front desk staff, especially Suzie, are helpful. The massage therapist was competent and capable of the work I needed done; she clarified what I needed, and she was realistic about what she could do in the time we had (focusing on upper back and shoulders) given how tight I was and that it would require extra attention. She didn't appear to be rushing her work either. I felt better afterwards, and I continued to feel the effects of the massage for the next few days afterwards. Beata is excellent, professional and motivated, and I recommend her highly.
