Arielle is INCREDIBLE. She takes time before each session to understand your areas of concern and communicates a plan for the massage. She provides a safe and comfortable environment, and checks in about pressure she’s giving. She offers support and encouragement in different areas of her expertise for her clients wellbeing. Arielle genuinely cares for her clients and wants the best quality of life for them! She is authentically herself, and she is a beautiful human! I hope she doesn’t leave Elements, but if she ever were, I would follow her to her next practice to continue to receive her sessions because she is THAT good! She has helped my body repair itself after herniating 3 discs in my lumbar spine, and her care is a huge part of my recovery. I absolutely would recommend Arielle!

The staff is great, I always feel welcome and appreciated, and they look out for each other. With little trial and error I found a massage therapist I like very much. Booking online or by text is convenient. I love that I can accumulate time over the winter when I find massages more stressful (weather, darkness, bad skin), and have longer massages during the remaining seasons.

I love everything about Elements Massage but what might make it a nicer experience would be to have a separate client bathroom, it’s a little bit awkward to enter and exit the client restroom as there is only a single facility and it can get quite busy, and quite obviously the single facility is shared by employees and customers. Thanks for taking my feedback. I appreciate it. I wish you a lovely day and thank you for all you do. It makes a genuine difference.
