My massage therapist was Bryan at the Branford, CT location. I have had many massages over the years, inside and outside of the country, this was the BEST massage I have ever had. Bryan was professional, attentive to my massage requests, and did so, in a very caring manner. His technique was incredible and left me feeling like a new person! The massage was exactly what I needed—a perfect balance of therapeutic pressure and pure relaxation. Sean, my Massage Therapist, was incredibly intuitive, checking in on my comfort levels without breaking the "zen" flow of the session. I walked out feeling great, with all the tension in my shoulders and neck completely melted away. Following the massage I had a facial. Judy, the esthetician took the time to understand my skin’s needs, and the products she used felt high-quality and incredibly soothing. The scalp and arm massage made the experience feel even more luxurious. My skin is glowing, hydrated, and feels so smooth! . The ambiance at Elements is curated for peace. The lighting, subtle scents, and the professional staff all contribute to an environment where you can actually unplug. Thank you very much!!

I love this place; from the moment you enter and greeted by the front desk personnel, the lovely waiting room atmosphere to the awesome massage by Rachel. Had my first foot scrubbing and it was great! Elemental Massage is the BEST!!!

The whole experience was amazing. The receptionist Abby was so welcoming, I arrived early and she provided me with a warm neck wrap and hot tea while I waited for my appointment. Jeanifer the massage therapist was amazing. I have lived whith chronic pain in my SI joint for five years. Before my first appointment I was sent a form to fill out about my health issues and where in my body I experience pain. When I came in for my massage Jeanifer asked me questions about my pain and body. She targeted areas of disfunction, she worked on a knot in my glutes and when she was done I was pain free for the first time in 5 years. She accomplished what my Ortho and Physical Therapist could not. I have become a member and look forward to see how my body will change.
