The friendly welcome by the reception staff is so important. Brittney my massage therapist is very skilled and adjusts my treatment to focus on the areas of my body that need the most attention.
Her attention is worth waiting for as she is in
I recommend Elements to family and friends that might be interested in getting a massage.
Everyone at the Bridgewater location is very professional and they listen to what I need from them. While I have had massages from many therapists, I try to book with Brian Carrera. He was the first therapist I had when I began a couple of years ago. He knows me and my medical issues well enough that I don’t have to spend much time on consultation prior to my massage. We have figured out what works best for me, and what doesn’t. I wish I had tried the hot stones a long time ago. Since starting hot stones a couple of months ago, my physical pain has been greatly reduced. After years of not being able to sleep for more than 3 hours at a time, and still being in pain throughout, as well as waking up in pain, I have had remarkable improvement since beginning the hot stone massages. Unfortunately I had to end my membership because of financial constraints since my husband retired recently. I am using up my gift certificates now. It’s too bad that health insurance does not pay for this. Instead they will most likely end up paying for another $15,000 surgery on my cervical or lumbar discs, which is not a winning solution for me or them.
Love the friendly staff. I barely have to check in because they see me coming and remember me from my last visit. Brian is my massage therapist. Love how he listens to me each session and builds the massage around how I am feeling and what needs the most attention.
