Jessica is incredible. Her knowledge of how the body works allows her to follow and work on knots without needing to tell her where it hurts. She's able to provide excellent pressure (I like deep pressure) and always gives useful tips. I've been seeing her for over a year and wouldn't want to see anyone else.

Booking an appointment was super easy. I love how there is a bio about each practitioner so you can find the right one for you. I went with Katie and she was amazing! She is incredibly skilled at what she does, she relieved a lot of my tension and pain, she checked with me on pressure preference and how I was doing but also kept the mood peaceful and quiet. I definitely recommend Katie and I will absolutely be back.

Danielle is amazing! She targets the specific problem areas and really helps with the pain I experience. She cares about her patients and provides specialized treatments to target specific needs. I always leave feeling relaxed and with better movement in spite of chronic arthritis issues. Very pleased with the treatment I have received since I have been coming to Elements!
